Our client is a marketing leading business based in Melbourne's Northern suburbs of Lalor, who is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounts Officer on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is seeking an individual who wants to grow themselves within the accounts space and upskill their skill set.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however will not be limited to:
- End to end duties with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Issuing and processing invoices
- Data entry
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Account and Statement reconciliations
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Other adhoc account duties
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes; however will not be limited to:
- Has worked in a similar role within the past
- Has experience in both Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Clear written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn fast and be quick thinking
