About the company

They are seeking a motivated Accounts Officer to join the team, and take the next step in their career, to assist the close-knit finance team as the business continues a successful growth period.
Duties
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Processing supplier invoices daily
- Completing weekly and ad hoc payment runs
- Handling queries from both suppliers and customers
- Daily reconciliations
- Allocating and receipting payments
- Following up overdue / outstanding accounts
- Providing support to the finance team where required
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to multi-task and juggle varying responsibilities
- A passion for accounts and keen desire to complete all tasks to a high standard
- Positive and bubbly personality
- Strong communication skills, from both a written and verbal perspective
- Prior exposure in an accounts-based role will be advantageous
