Our client is an ASX listed organisation experiencing incredible growth. They continue to expand and have recently won a number of key accounts. Due to this growth, an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Officer is available to join their team in a permanent capacity.
About The Role
The Accounts Officer will take full ownership of the accounts receivable function and report through to the Accounts Receivable Lead.
Duties
Your daily tasks will include but not be limited to the following duties in a full function position;
- Process customer payments and prepare payment files
- Receipt and reconcile customer payments
- Upload bank statements
- Reconcile bank statements for multiple entities, banks and currencies
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage fixed asset register and all associated journals
- Maintain process documentation in relation activity
- Prior experience working as an Accounts Officer ideally within a medium to large sized organisation
- Netsuite experience would be viewed favourably
- Very strong communication skills
- High level attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously
