Position Description
Working as part of a team and reporting through to the Team Leader, your main responsibilities will include:
- Matching & coding invoices
- Setting up new accounts
- Processing EFT/cheque payments
- Daily reconciliations
- Allocating and receipt payments
- Following up overdue payments
- Handling relevant queries and managing stakeholder relationships
- Assisting with month end procedures
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Officer position along with the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
