The Role & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Financial Controller and working within a close-knit supportive team, you will be responsible for:
- Varying Accounts Payable and Receivable duties
- Customer invoicing
- Completing supplier payments
- Reconciliations
- Banking
- Assist with payroll processing for 100+ employees
- Handle queries from varying stakeholders including employees, customers and suppliers
- Ad hoc tasks as required
The successful applicant will have:
- Prior experience within a similar all round accounts position (with payroll exposure)
- Energetic and positive can do attitude, with strong time management skills
- Desire to grow and develop within your role and the business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently work autonomously, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Possess high level attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
