Our client is a market leading business based in Melbourne's Northern suburb of Thomastown, who are seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team on a full-time basis.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following, however not limited to:
- Assisting in weekly payment runs to suppliers
- Allocating and receipting payments
- Account, Statement and Bank reconciliations
- Processing and issuing invoices
- Collection calls & emails
- Supplier and customer queries
- Other ad hoc duties
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will obtain the following attributes; however not limited to:
- Has worked within a similar role within the past
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
