Our client is looking for an engaging and ambitious Accounts Payable Officer to join their accounts team on a 6 month temporary basis. The role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders as well as external vendors/ suppliers.

The Responsibilities
- Matching, batching and coding of invoices
- Reconciliation of all vendor accounts to statement
- Building and processing payments for external suppliers end of month
- Maintaining good internal and external relationships
- Raising claims and credit notes for delivery and pricing errors
- Running monthly reports and compiling spreadsheets for supplier payments
The successful applicant will have
- 2+ years' experience within Accounts Payable
- Experience with foreign currency
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with V Lookups and Pivot tables
- Ability to innovate, engage team members, and collaborate as part of a team
- AP21 is highly desired but not essential
- Immediately Available
