Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier in the building and construction industry for large civil projects.
The Role
Based in Naval Base, WA, this role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to join a small team of 3 in accounts department. The role involves the end-to-end accounts payable duties as:
- Matching, batching and coding of invoices
- Processing a high volume of invoices weekly
- Liaising with key decision makers across the business
- Building strong internal and external relationships
- Dealing with queries via phone and email
- Processing credit card expenses
- Troubleshooting and working through a backlog of processing
- End-to-End Accounts Payable experience within high volume environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Full - working rights on your Visa.
- Successful candidate would be required to go for Drug and Alcohol testing.
- You should be available to start work from 8th April.
