The Organisation 
Our client is a market leading organisation, that continues to grow in leaps and bounds and is seeking a like minded individual to support them in their growth phase. The Accounts Payable position will join a supportive team environment on a full-time basis in Melbourne's Western suburb of Altona North.

The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however, will not be limited to:

• Processing a high volume of invoices
• Account & Statement reconciliations
• Dealing with supplier queries and concerns 
• Dealing with foreign currency payments
• Managing the Accounts Payable inbox 
• Preparing batch payments for weekly payments 
• Reporting 
• Ad hoc accounts and administrative duties

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will obtain the following attributes; which will not be limited to:

• Has prior experience within a similar role
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment 
• High attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt and learn
