The Company:

Our highly reputable mining client, based in the CBD, is seeking their next Accounts Payable superstar to join their supportive finance team in a temp to perm opportunity. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proven experience in end-to-end accounts payable.

Immediate availability is essential.

About the Role:

You will be reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant as a standalone AP Officer, responsible for:

• Processing medium-volume, high-value invoices and weekly pay runs
• Answering supplier and internal queries and monitoring the AP inbox
• Manual entry of invoices and matching POs where required
• Ensuring supplier payments are made on time and according to terms
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Collaborating with the wider finance team as required

About You:

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable with end-to-end skillset, Pronto essential
• Previous mining or resources experience highly regarded
• Strong communicator, approachable, and adaptable
• Excellent attention to detail and organised
• Autonomous worker
• Proficient in Excel
