Position Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager and working within a small team, you will be responsible for:
- High volume processing of invoices daily
- Ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices through the payment runs
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Reconciliations
- Setting up new vendors and suppliers
- Handle queries with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ad hoc tasks to assist the broader finance team as required
Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have the following skills & attributes:
- Proven experience in a similar Payable role
- Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously as well collaboratively in a team environment
- High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a high volume and fast paced environment
- Prior experience with Pronto (ERP system) is highly advantageous
