The Role & Responsibilities
Reporting into the Financial Controller, your daily tasks will include but not be limited to:
- High volume processing of invoices daily
- Ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices through the payment runs
- Reconciliations of supplier accounts
- Handling email inbox and any supplier queries
- Setting up new vendors and suppliers
- Additional finance duties to assist the team when required
- General ad hoc duties as required
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have proven experience in an Accounts Payable Officer position, along with the following attributes:
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to hit the ground running and to meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and an ability to prioritise own work
- Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously, as well as collaboratively among a close knit team
