Our client is a market leading organisation that is heavily family oriented and is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable officer on a full-time basis. The role will include all aspects of Accounts Payable, with great support from the wider finance team.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however, will not be limited to:
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Preparation in weekly batch payments
- Credit Card processing
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ad hoc admin duties
- Account and Statement reconciliations
- Working within the Accounts Payable inbox
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes; however not exclusive to:
- Prior experience within the Accounts Payable field
- High attention to detail
- Ability to liaise with various stakeholder
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
