About the Role:
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the role will include but not be limited to:

• Lead the operations of expense management
• Invoice processing and vendor maintenance
• High volume of credit card expense claims
• Completing audits on expenses
• Reconciliations
• Expense management reporting
• Partner with internal stakeholders and corporate cardholders to ensure expense claims comply with company policies and guidelines
• Handle relevant queries and other ad hoc duties as required

About You:
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable / Expense Officer position along with the following attributes:

• Effective time management & organisational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A keen eye for detail, and strong skills with reporting and reconciliation duties
• Ability to confidently work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment 
• Prior experience using SAP or a similar large ERP system is highly advantageous
