Position Description 
Reporting into the Finance Manager, your daily tasks will have a key focus on Accounts Payable and the implementation of a new system, to improve the processes in place. Your duties will include, but not be limited too:

• Reconciliation of key accounts
• Handle supplier / customer queries 
• Management of relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Reporting duties
• Looking in to process improvement strategies and implementation
• Troubleshooting when there are issues with major suppliers
• Assisting the wider accounts payable team when required as well as; 
• Other ad hoc projects assigned by your Manager

Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have:

• Previous experience within Accounts Payable
• Intermediate - advanced excel skills
• Ability to multi-task with a high attention to detail
• Desire to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong desire to improve processes and procedures
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
