Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance existing finance processes, identifying opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Review financial system entries and processes to ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with internal policies and reporting standards.
- Support the design, implementation, and optimisation of finance systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing user support.
- Develop user-friendly training materials, deliver training sessions, and manage communications to support successful system rollouts.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to address financial and operational matters and ensure alignment on key transformation goals.
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial and operational data to identify risks and areas for improvement, implementing effective controls where needed.
- Reconcile financial records related to logistics and inventory, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Contribute to project-based finance activities, including reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ensure finance infrastructure supports the delivery of timely, accurate, and insightful reporting across the business.
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- 3+ years’ experience in audit or financial accounting
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in managing varied stakeholder relationships
- Experience in preparing monthly financial results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with finance, operations, and logistics teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
