Our client is a highly reputable and expanding mining and construction services business, seeking a motivated and skilled Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Daily banking and bank reconciliations
- Follow up overdue / outstanding payments - via phone and email
- Generating and issuing client invoices
- Handling collection calls and emails
- Assisting with setting up payment plans
- Managing credit applications
- Performing other ad-hoc accounting tasks
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable position, 2-3 years expereince +
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
