The Role

As an Accounts Receivable Revenue Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate invoicing, effective credit control, and proactive debtor management. You’ll be part of a collaborative finance team that supports strategic decision-making and operational performance across the business.


Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily bank statements and complete bank reconciliations.
  • Raise and issue high volumes of invoices efficiently and accurately.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
  • Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and reports.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review contract documentation for accuracy and final account reconciliation.
  • Manage aged debtor balances and escalate issues where appropriate.
  • Liaise with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success Managers to resolve disputes.
  • Ensure successful collection of Direct Debits and maintain customer data.
  • Support month-end reporting and invoicing timetables.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in revenue and receivables.

The Successful Candidate
  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a focus on risk mitigation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong time management, planning, and report writing skills.
