The Opportunity
Working as part of a friendly and collaborative finance team and reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate receipting, invoicing, and reconciliation processes. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily banking and reconciliations
- Allocate and receipt payments accurately and promptly
- Prepare and issue invoices and credit notes
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
- Assist in following up overdue accounts and payment arrangements
- Support the broader AR team with month-end tasks
- Ad hoc finance and administrative duties as required
- Must have 1–2 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable role
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Confident communicator who enjoys building positive relationships
- Eager to learn and develop within a supportive environment
- Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (e.g. MYOB, SAP, or similar)
