Position Description
With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the role will include but not be limited to:

• Manage a debtors ledger of national and international accounts
• Reconciling customer accounts
• Allocating & receipting payments
• Billing & invoicing customers
• Following up on outstanding accounts
• Providing high level of customer support to varying internal and external stakeholders
• Debtor reporting
• Review and set up new accounts and customers, including the completion of credit checks
• Ad hoc tasks as required assigned by your Manager

Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role, as well as the following attributes:

• Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
• First class communication skills, from both a verbal and written perspective
• High attention to detail with an ability to prioritise own work
• Ability to multi task with strong attention to detail 
• A positive up beat nature and excellent time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously as well collaboratively in a team environment
