Position Description
With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated AR Officer to join their team immediately. Reporting directly to the Head of Credit, the role will include but not be limited to the following duties:
- Manage a portfolio of customers
- Liaise with clients and customers on outstanding debts
- Allocating and receipting of payments
- Issuing of invoices
- Reconciliations of accounts
- Develop relationships with stakeholders to ensure the collection of overdue payments
- Provide excellent customer service to handle queries
- Ad hoc tasks as required
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a similar accounts receivable role previously
- Prior exposure to working in the aged care or health industry
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
