Position Description
Due to an increase in workload and an exciting period of transformation, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team immediately, for a minimum three months, with a view of permanency.

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, your responsibilities will include but not be limited too:
  • Allocate and receipt payments 
  • Daily account reconciliations 
  • Collections of overdue / outstanding payments - via phone and email
  • Process invoices and credit notes
  • Handle disputes and queries with both internal and external customers
  • Set up new customers and accounts
  • Supporting the wider Finance team when required

Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable Officer role, as well as the following attributes:
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Personable & resilient nature with an ability to build relationships with customers
  • Desire to work collaboratively among a close knit team
  • High level time management skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Organised approach with the ability to meet deadlines
