Our client is a large, industry-leading company that is looking for someone who has a passion for reconciliation, debits and credits and is keen to join a supportive and growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position. The company is very flexible with working hours and arrangements which is fantastic. The company is open to candiadtes who have experience within a banking and reconciliation specialist role, or who have experience within a broader accounting role and is keen to move into a specialist role.
The responsibilities
As part of the accounts receivable team you will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Large sizes customer account reconciliations
- High volume allocations
- Bank reconciliations
- Investigating account discrepancies and rectifying
- Resolving account inquiries as quickly as possible.
- Navigating through excel on a daily basis
- Business partnering with stakeholders
- Weekly reporting.
- Prior experience with reconciliations and allocations.
- Previous experience working within a large team
- Exposure in a high volume, transactional environment
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with internal / external stakeholders
