Our client is a first class organisation who are searching for an experienced Accounts Receivable Team Lead to join their team on a long term contract. Position Description
Reporting directly into the Shared Services Manager, your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage a debtors ledger of approximately $45 million
- Lead and manage the outsourced accounts receivable function
- Act as main liaison between internal and external stakeholders with respect to debtor management
- Drive ongoing process improvement and efficiencies
- Performing reporting requirements
The successful applicant will have long term experience in the accounts receivable industry as well as the following attributes:
- Approximately 5 + years of accounts receivable/ credit experience
- Experience managing an outsourced team is preferred
- Experience in managing debtor ledgers across Corporate, Wholesale and SME
- The ability to adhere to strict deadlines and be highly organised
- Ability to lead and implement change within an organisation
- Newly created leadership role
