About the role 
Our client is on the hunt for an experienced Administrator to offer administrative and sales assistance to their Regional Leasing Manager in order for them to meet their objectives in terms of developing new business possibilities for shopping centers and throughout the region. This role will focys on multiple centre duties, manage centralised client data, develop presentations, connect with regional and national teams as well as offer general sales assistance.

Responsibilities
As the Admin & Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for support of a wide range of business areas. Your role will include but not be limited to;
  • Customer sales invoicing and running of weekly reports
  • Setting up suppliers and news stock in CRM
  • Sales administration support
  • Invoicing and purchase order entry
  • Aid in developing new business
  • Manage office supplies and building maintenance 
  • Ad hoc duties as required 
Skills & Experience 
  • Experience working in a similar position within a corporate/professional environment
  • Technically proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Overall great team player 
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
