We’re looking for a confident and detail-driven Admin & Service Delivery Coordinator to join a friendly and collaborative team. This is a fantastic 3.5-month temporary role, with an immediate start and a supportive handover already planned.
About the Role
Working within a dedicated service delivery team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer orders move smoothly from sale through to delivery. This involves processing a high volume of incoming orders, coordinating with internal teams, and keeping everything on track in their CRM and ERP systems.
You’ll be the kind of person who loves a task-driven workload, enjoys problem solving, and doesn’t shy away from busy days.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and processing daily customer orders in CRM/ERP systems
- Actioning updates, changes, tracking and follow-ups on active orders
- Preparing purchase orders and ensuring accurate data flow between systems
- Coordinating with logistics, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
- Providing friendly, solutions-focused customer support
- Keeping everything running smoothly with strong attention to detail and organisation

- Strong background in administration, customer service or order processing
