An open opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Administrative assistant to join a busy and productive team based in Pymble, on the Upper North Shore. Note this will be a contract role requiring the successful candidate to start immediately taking you through to January 2022.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a variety of customer’s orders and achieving order fulfilment deadlines.
- Enter details of customer orders for processing in the CRM, accounting system and online supplier.
- Process Receipt of Payments and maintain accounts receivable and bank ledgers.
- Follow up to ensure that orders are entered, processed, paid and fulfilled.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders to answer queries.

- Excellent communication skills
- Be system savvy; can adapt to new systems quickly
