Reporting to a fun and inspiring Practice Manager, this role manages a busy and professional Front Of House area and is responsible for creating a unique and positive first impression for all visitors to the business. You will be responsible for handling calls and queries, welcoming guests, and varied Administration support to assist a fast-paced team who take a lot of pride in what they do. You will be exposed to all areas of the business and be a people-person who enjoys developing relationships, with the aim to support and help others. Responsibilities
As a polished and confident Receptionist/Administrator, you will be the face of the business and will play a pivotal role in its success and interactions with key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Creating a welcoming Office area, greeting all guests, managing meeting rooms and board rooms
- Answering and responding to all calls and queries
- Updating and maintaining internal databases and spreadsheets
- Taking bookings and passing on messages
- Ordering all office supplies and stationery
- Assist with team event planning, client/staff gifting, and social media.
- Preparing all reception documents as well as ad hoc reporting
- Finance administration, processing invoices and data entry
- Printing, filing and scanning
Skills / Experience
- Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders, both written and verbal
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer systems
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
- Autonomous and motivated approach to work with the attitude that no task is too big or too small
- Team-player with a positive and social disposition
