The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administration Support Officer to assist with bids, tender coordination and company proposals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed, process-driven work and supporting a fast-paced project team.
Working 3 days per week on a 9-month temporary contract, the role offers excellent flexibility and the genuine possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across bids, tenders and proposal submissions
- Assist with document formatting, collation and quality checks
- Maintain accurate records, trackers and internal documentation
- Coordinate timelines, deadlines and internal contributions
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure compliance
- Support general office and project administration as required
- Experience in administration, coordination or a similar support role
- Background in construction, engineering, infrastructure or a related industry highly desirable
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks
- Proficient with MS Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and stakeholder-coordination abilities
- Up to $45 per hour, depending on experience
