Are you a reliable, detail-driven administrator who enjoys being the behind-the-scenes engine of a team? We’re looking for a self-sufficient, organised, and mature Administrative Coordinator to join a high-performing business for a 12–15 month parental leave contract.

You’ll support a busy team with everything from employee documentation and internal communications to event coordination and reporting. No two days will look the same, but your presence will be essential to helping things run smoothly.

This is a pure admin role suited to someone who genuinely enjoys this type of work and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes, quietly and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Draft employee-related correspondence including contracts, letters, forms, and templates
  • Coordinate onboarding admin and manage internal document processes
  • Maintain internal systems and staff records with a high degree of accuracy
  • Handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Prepare monthly reports, update organisational charts, and assist with internal communications
  • Coordinate internal events and meetings (e.g. company-wide updates, team functions, end-of-year events)
  • Process invoices and company credit card transactions using SAP Concur
  • Assist in the creation of internal newsletters, posters, and comms using Canva
  • Manage inboxes, respond to requests, and escalate where needed
  • Provide general administrative support to senior leaders as required
About You
  • 3+ years’ experience in administration, coordination or similar support roles
  • High level of discretion – you’re trusted with sensitive information and handle it appropriately
  • Outstanding attention to detail and strong written communication
  • Confident across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience with tools like Canva or Concur is highly regarded
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with a calm, proactive approach
  • Self-motivated and mature, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Enjoys being behind the scenes, supporting others, and making things happen
