The ideal individual will have demonstrated previous experience in a similar role and ascertain excellent organisational and high attention to detail. Key responsibilities
Reporting to the property manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Manage and maintain database whilst ensuring it is accurate and up to date
- Receive and disseminate mail delivery daily, organise all outgoing mail and organise couriers as required, local, interstate & International.
- General office support – ensure office and meeting rooms are equipped, neat and maintained in a hygienic manner
- Other ad hoc administration tasks as required
- Ensure the smooth delivery of administrative duties across the Property team.
- Provide assistance with inbound reception calls and queries
- Understand and manage all work to pre-determined KPIs
Skills and Experience
- Relative administration experience
- Intermediate skills in core Microsoft packages – particularly Word, Excel, Outlook
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Professional manner and presentation
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
