About the role 

In this position, you'll report to the Administration Manager and operate from the Derrimut office, Monday to Friday, from 8am-4pm. You'll be part of a highly collaborative team that values both hard work and enjoyment. Due to the company's growth, they are seeking an individual coming from a logistocs or transport background to come in, offering the opportunity for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoicing for transport and warehousing services
  • Spreadsheet maintenance
  • Managing phone calls and emails
  • Data entry tasks
  • Compiling and processing Driver Runsheets
  • General office and administration duties
  
Skills and Experience
  • Previous administration experience
  • Invoicing experience is essential
  • Experience in the transport industry
  • Experience with Excel and Outlook
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Meticulous attention to detail
