This organisation is an Aboriginal-owned and operated company specialising in apprenticeships, recruitment, and labor hire. They are dedicated to sourcing the highest calibre of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander apprentices, skilled tradespeople, laborers, and construction personnel for roles across both metropolitan and regional Victoria.
They are looking to hire a Staffing Administration Coordinator for their North Melbourne inner city office. The successful candidate will come from the construction industry and will have previously worked in fast paced environment where they have developed industry knowledge.
Key Duties and responsibilities:  
  • End to end onboarding of new employees, clients, and sites
  • Financial and operations reporting
  • Data entry into HR management software Code House
  • Provide assistance to employees conducting site inductions using EIFY, DAMSTRA,
  • Review weekly payroll reports and timesheets ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with email and phone enquiries.
