About the Role:
The Administrative Support Officer will play a hands-on role in the coordination and delivery of internal programs and projects, including leadership training, executive recruitment, and values-based initiatives. You’ll be responsible for managing shared inboxes, preparing documentation, booking rooms and venues, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records. The role also provides general admin support across the broader team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a central inbox, triaging queries, responding to enquiries, and coordinating follow-up across the team.
• Provide administrative support for leadership and training programs.
• Assist with key internal projects including training initiatives, values-based programs, and executive-level recruitment coordination.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure project files are up to date.
• Coordinate bookings, respond to queries for internal meeting and training.
• Support general administration needs such as calendar management, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Skills & Experience:
• Demonstrated experience in an administrative support role, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating new systems.
• High attention to detail, with a proactive and team-focused approach.
• Experience supporting projects, training events or internal programs will be highly regarded.
