As an Administrator in Member Services, your primary focus will be on data entry, administrative support, and some customer service over the phone. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting membership growth and retention strategies, and ensuring a seamless experience for members.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and support Branch Member briefings and membership-related events.
- Collaborate with Member Services and Branch staff to enhance member experience and engagement.
- Assist the Manager, Membership and Business Support with Branch Committee meeting papers and reports.
- Contribute to Branch membership strategies and campaigns for growth and retention.
- Perform administrative tasks to support Victorian Branch campaigns and membership renewals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve member inquiries, and support administrative tasks.
- Manage CRM database to maintain accurate information about members.
Requirements
- Proactive, adaptable, and assertive with a strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an Administrative or Customer Service role.
- Proficiency in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
