About the Role
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will support the maintenance team by managing purchasing processes, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with internal communications and compliance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate purchasing for repairs and maintenance. Request quotes, raise POs, confirm delivery, and liaise with Accounts Payable for invoice processing.
- Maintain accurate records across multiple systems for audit and reporting purposes.
- Support the maintenance team with document control and recordkeeping
- Identify and escalate issues impacting schedules or deliveries.
- Assist in improving administrative processes and efficiency.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an admin, purchasing or invoicing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage vendors and internal teams professionally.
- Confident working with Microsoft Office
- Organised, efficient, and capable of managing competing priorities.
- Solutions-focused, adaptable, and results-oriented.
