We are seeking a proactive and reliable Administrator to provide day-to-day support across a range of administrative tasks. This is a fantastic temporary opportunity offering flexibility and a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general stationery orders and maintain office inventory
- Organise and coordinate couriers (local, interstate, and international), including sourcing quotes and ordering courier supplies
- Book travel arrangements for staff (flights, accommodation, car hire, and events), ensuring appropriate approvals for travel and expenses
- Coordinate catering for meetings, presentations, and client events
- Provide broader administrative support, including report preparation, document editing, and template creation
- Manage shared inboxes and respond to internal and external enquiries
- Handle internal phone calls and email correspondence
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous experience in administration, reception, or customer service, with a good understanding of office procedures
- Bright, friendly personality with a professional and dedicated approach
- Excellent communication skills, phone manner, and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
