Our client is a leading FMCG supplier operating across ANZ with a complex distribution network. They are undertaking an exciting transformation, moving national operations into a 3PL model to drive efficiency, scale, and service. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with a clear mandate to shape operations and deliver measurable results.

Your Responsibilities
As the Supply Chain Manager, your first 12 months will focus on:

• Leading the transition of national operations into a 3PL model, ensuring a smooth handover and operational continuity
• Collaborating with international suppliers to optimise inbound logistics, including freight planning, route selection, and cost efficiency
• Negotiating international freight contracts and service agreements to secure favourable terms and improve supply chain reliability
• Optimising inventory across a complex ANZ network to improve working capital, service levels, and overall operational efficiency

Broader responsibilities include supporting S&OP and purchasing functions, building long-term supply chain processes, and embedding best practice across logistics, inventory management, and supplier collaboration.

This role is ideal for a logistics and planning leader who thrives on operational transformation, enjoys negotiating with international suppliers, and is motivated by solving complex supply chain challenges while delivering measurable impact.


Qualifications and Experience
• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Experience transitioning operations into a 3PL or managing outsourced logistics
• Strong understanding of inventory optimisation and working capital management
• Comfortable working with international suppliers and managing complex networks
• Experience in S&OP and purchasing highly desirable
