In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the department's policy development and complaints management framework.

You will manage multiple projects and deadlines, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure policies are aligned with legislative requirements and organisational needs. Your role also involves coordinating customer complaints, maintaining comprehensive records, and preparing regular reports, 

Key responsibilities include:

• Researching, analysing, and drafting evidence-based policy solutions.
• Coordinating projects and liaising with policy owners across business units.
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance in the department's policy documents and registers.
• Supporting policy communication strategies and delivering staff training sessions.
• Managing customer complaints coordination, monitoring, and reporting.
• Advising on human rights issues in complaints management.
• Contributing to a collaborative, ethical, and values-driven team environment.
