Our client is a well-established organisation within the not-for-profit sector, known for their positive culture and commitment to making a meaningful impact. Due to an increase in workload, they are seeking two experienced Accounts Payable Assistants to join their finance team on an initial temporary basis.
The Role:
This is a hybrid opportunity with an immediate start, suited to candidates who can hit the ground running. Working within a supportive finance team, your responsibilities will include:
- High-volume data entry of invoices
- Receipt and matching of purchase orders to contract invoices
- Assisting with end-to-end accounts payable processing
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance Assistant role
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage high volumes and meet deadlines
- Experience with large ERP systems (experience with D365 highly regarded)
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
- Immediate start
- 3-month temporary assignment with potential for extension
