About the Role
As the Application & Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs across Australia, with frequent travel. This position plays a critical role in supporting both customers and internal teams, ensuring best-practice installation, product knowledge, and workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs, certifications, and workshops.
- Deliver hands-on training for a variety of applications including digital print, window and wall graphics, architectural finishes, and rigid substrates.
- Provide technical expertise and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
- Manage and host training seminars, webinars, and customer-specific sessions across Australia.
- Take ownership of the training function, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Hands-on background with signage and graphic materials.
- Strong knowledge of production workflows and installation best practices.
- Ability to travel frequently across Australia.
- Experience designing and managing technical training programs.
- Relevant trade qualifications or industry certifications in signage, print, or graphics.
