Overview
Permanent job opportunity based in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

The primary purpose of this role is to support and drive key business applications.

Key responsibilities

Project and Application Delivery

• Project delivery as directed

Application Support

• Provide functional support for the suite of CORE Applications used throughout the business
• Provide ongoing Education; Process mapping and Operating procedures

Application Administration

• User Security Management
• Overnight Processing Administration
• Continual Validation of Data Integrity
• Integration / Middleware Services

Application Governance

• Elimination of all compromised programming code
• Maintenance of Customisations Registers
• Version Control & Change Management
• Migration back to CORE Application code
• Maintain Master Data Compliance and Quality
• Implementation of new CORE modules
• Environment segregation (PROD; TEST and DEVL)

Application Reporting
  
Application Integration

• API Services Management
• Maintain Vendor & Application Data Exchange
• Manage Customer Integrations
• Manage Supplier Integrations

Required skills and experience

• A Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, or related IT discipline
• Change Management experience
• Experience supporting an ERP environment (For example: Pronto, SAP suite, Infor)
• Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures & Process Re-engineering
• SQL Database Administration
• Knowledge of Business to Business Integrations (EDI)
• Knowledge of Reporting and Dashboards
• Knowledge of Master Data Services

Desirable skills and experience

• Experience in UNIX/Linux Administration
• Experience in IBM Informix
• Experience in Pronto, Cognos and Phocas reporting
• Project Management Certification
