Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post month-end journals
- Perform GL and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support monthly financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis)
- Assist with budgeting and forecast updates
- Support BAS / PAYG/ FBT compliance and year-end audit preparation
- Contribute to process improvement and finance automation initiatives
- Provide ad-hoc support across AP, AR and payroll journals when required
- Minimum of three years in a similar position
- Experiecnce within a SME
- Process automoation experience
- Exposure to BAS, FBT, payroll tax, journals and balance sheet recs
- Experience with BI Tools and ERP systems
- Experience in import, wholesale, or inventory-based businesses
