Our client are an International development, investment and management group who possess a rich history in the property development market across a variety of asset classes including Industrial, logistics and commercial whilst also boasting an impressive portfolio of assets. This group possess an exciting pipeline of new projects and subsequently are seeking to bolster their existing development team with the addition of this newly created Assistant Development Manager position.
The Role
This role will see you work closely with the wider development team and gain exposure to the full development lifecycle on multiple Industrial developments. Your role will cover analysis, feasibilities, financial modelling, management of consultants/design, Leasing and construction delivery through to settlement. This is a rare opportunity to learn from a successful and experienced group of development professionals with a proven track record.
About You
This role will suit a candidate coming from a project delivery background which could Contract Admin, Project Coordination or Management. It is anticipated you will have a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience, ideally with tertiary qualifications in construction or Property related field. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of the development lifecycle. With all roles in Development, excellent written and verbal communication skills and an enthusiastic attitude are non-negotiable.
