Key Responsibilities
- Provide confidential executive and personal support to the Managing Director
- Manage complex calendars, inboxes, and schedules
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Act as a trusted liaison with the Executive Leadership Team, Board Members, employees, and external partners
- Support written and verbal communications on behalf of the Managing Director
- Organise meetings, events, and key business activities
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and office staff to oversee operational tasks
- Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting C-suite or Executive-level leaders
- Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills
- Ability to handle urgent and sensitive requests with discretion
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and detail-focused
- Strong IT skills (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Highly organised, proactive, and resilient under pressure
- Confident, clear, and diplomatic communicator
- Trustworthy, discreet, and professional
- Collaborative team player who can also work autonomously
- Full-time, 5 days per week
- Melbourne city fringe location
