Our client is a National Project Management Consultancy who provide full lifecycle PM services an specialise in projects across the Social Infrastructure sector. This group are currently looking to add two Assistant Project Manager's from a construction background to their high performing team.
Working under the leadership of a Senior PM's and Associate Director's you will oversee the delivery of a diverse range of projects, working from brief development and front-end design through to construction delivery. This role will see you heavily involved in stakeholder engagement and design management to ensure projects are on course to meet client expectations. You will provide assistance in managing the builder, coordinating the design team and ensure the client is fully engaged throughout the project.
This role will suit candidates from a Tier 1 or 2 construction background who are looking to transition to the client side. You will have around 1 - 3 years of professional experience working as a Contract Administrator, Site Engineer, Project Coordinator or Junior PM. This is a client facing role so excellent communication skills and ability to built rapport with stakeholders is a non-negotiable.
