The role:
- Explore and research the market for new business opportunities, either SME or enterprise depending on your skill set and contact network
- Interaction and alignment with the Account Management department. Specifically within the account management team, the upsell and cross-sell of services in to the existing client base in collaboration with the account management team
- Strategic engagement with partners and distribution channels as well as the identification thereof
- Product development – through identifying opportunities within the market, you will be involved in the development of new products and services
- Dashboarding and reporting
- Experience in related industries highly regarded (Health and Wellness, Employee Wellbeing, HR technology, Employee Benefits etc)
- Proven sales competence and experience
- Technology experience not essential
- National experience (or APAC experience) highly regarded but not essential
