Position Description:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your duties will include:
- Invoicing and working through legacy invoicing issues with a key client
- Working with the local team to ensure fortnightly and monthly billing is completed
- Ensure statements and all required documentation is distributed on time
- Follow up in a timely manner any queries relating to billing
- Ensure fee variations are processed in a timely manner
- End of month reporting and providing summaries to management
- Contribute to process improvement as well as;
- Any other duties assigned by your Manager
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will have experience working within a similar Billing role, as well having the following attributes:
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience in managing large volumes & high complexity transactions
- Ability to prioritise and work within a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work in a team-based environment
