We are seeking a motivated E-Billing Officer to join a professional services organisation within a shared services finance team. This role is well suited to someone who is looking to build hands-on experience in electronic billing within a supportive and collaborative environment.
You will assist with the day-to-day E-Billing process, ensuring invoices are submitted accurately and in line with client requirements, while working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve billing queries and learn best-practice processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end E-Billing process, including validation, submission, and follow-up of electronic invoices
- Analyse E-Billing platforms and portals, addressing rejections, discrepancies, and client queries
- Maintain and update client billing profiles, templates, and formats
- Support onboarding of new clients and assist with process documentation
- Provide reporting on E-Billing performance, turnaround times, and rejection trends
- Experience in E-Billing, billing, or finance roles, with a passion for data analytics
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage routine tasks effectively
- Comfortable working with systems and data
