About the Role
This role is open to an enthusiastic individual who is a fast learner and interested to join a warm & friendly organisational culture. It is an integral role within the company to help ensure the billings function runs smoothly, maximising the amount of revenue in each cycle as well as extracting and analysing data from multiple systems using Microsoft Excel. The successful applicant will be required to work with internal and external stakeholders of the business to address billings enquiries and issues to contribute to a productive team.
The responsibilities
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Regular database maintenance to ensure customer’s details and internal processes are up to date
Providing input towards new billings strategies
Being the ‘go to’ person for billings issues and enquiries
Maintaining the fortnightly billings ledger
Monthly invoicing as required
Action all requests in a thorough, yet efficient manner
General data entry and other administration duties
The successful applicant:
Possesses a warm disposition, who collaborates well in a team
Is confident using excel on a day to day basis (V-Look Ups, Pivot Tables)
Highly desirable: Some experience creating Macro's and VBA
Prior finance and administration experience
Exposure to NDIS would be highly regarded on application
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Adaptability and flexibility for managing change
Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume workload through planning and prioritisation.
An keen interest in developing one’s finance and administration skills
